The Solano Pride Monte Carlo Night is a special night of fun to raise money to support programs and initiatives for Solano County’s LGBTQI+ community and a way to show your pride and celebrate our community, family and gender diversity.

Through your tax-deductible charitable contribution or sponsorship, your organization can support this event and the Solano Pride Center.  Drawing on the approximately 21,500 people that identify as members of our community, you can promote your business to a community with higher than average disposable income and generally looks to support businesses that support our community.

Sponsorship Packages

Blue Chip Maverick*

As a Blue Chip Maverick Sponsor, you will receive prominent event recognition. Your name/logo will appear in our digital video loop and will be featured in our program. In addition, your company name/ logo will be on custom printed signs on 2 gaming tables2, 2 easel display signs in the venue and the overall event banner. Included with your Blue Chip Maverick sponsorship are 12 event tickets (value $50 ea.), 24 drink tickets (value $5 ea.) and 12 raffle tickets (value $5 ea.) and triple the casino chips per ticket.

Red Chip High Roller*

As a Monte Carlo Night Red Chip Sponsor, you will receive prominent event recognition. Your name/logo will appear in our digital video loop and will be featured in our program. In addition, your company name/logo on custom printed signs on 1 gaming table2 and the overall event banner.  Included with your Red Chip High Roller sponsorship are 6 event tickets (Value $50 ea.), 6 drink tickets (value $5 ea.) and 6 raffle tickets (value $5 ea.) and double the casino chips per ticket.

White Chip Here To Play*

As a White Chip Sponsor, you will receive prominent event recognition. Your name/logo will appear in our digital video loop, featured in our program and the overall event banner.  Included with your White Chip sponsorship are 2 event tickets (value $50 ea.), 4 drink tickets (value $5 ea.) and 4 raffle tickets (value $5 ea.) with casino chips included per ticket.

Food or Bar Sponsor *

As a Monte Carlo Night Food or Bar Sponsor, you will receive prominent event recognition. Your name/logo will appear in our digital video loop, featured in our program and the overall event banner.   In addition, you have the OPTION of adding your company name/logo on the felt of 1 gaming table for $500.* Included with your Food or Bar sponsorship are name imprint on cocktail napkins (Food Sponsor) or name printed on drink coasters (Bar Sponsor), 2 event tickets (Value $50 ea.), 6 drink tickets (value $5 ea.), 4 raffle tickets ($5 ea.), with casino
chips included per ticket.

Out and Proud Supporter

As a Monte Carlo Night Food or Bar Sponsor, you will receive prominent event recognition. Your name will appear in our digital video loop, will be featured in our program, and be on a list of supporters displayed at the check-in desk. You will also receive 2 event tickets, 4 drink tickets (value $5 ea.) and 2 raffle tickets.

* Artwork must be received by 4/20/19 by end of the day for inclusion in collateral material possible with earlier submission.  Social media promotion/mention happens upon receipt of payment by sponsoring organization.

It doesn’t end there….

We are also looking for donated items for our Monte Carlo night event silent auction and Chip Prizes.  If you would like to donate an item for the silent auction or use during one or more events please let us know.  Your donation will be displayed with your name/business name on the gift and the silent auction.  All donations are tax-deductible.
